Responsible sending and software licence conditions.

1. Permitted use

Use only for legitimate email from an account the user owns or is authorised to operate.

2. Prohibited use

  • Spam, phishing or deception
  • Email without an appropriate legal basis or consent
  • Malware or harmful content
  • Impersonation
  • Bypassing Gmail limits or Google policies

3. User responsibility

The user is responsible for recipient addresses, messages, attachments and reviewing Excel data before sending.

4. Gmail services

The app depends on Google OAuth and Gmail API services. Delivery and account limits are controlled by Google.

5. Licence

The user receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable software right subject to purchase and licence conditions.
