Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the GST & E-Way Login Tool Chrome extension accesses, uses and stores information while providing its services.

Information Accessed
The extension may access the following information:
- Google account email address used for authorization
- License key and license status
- Firm names and login credential records stored in the user's Google Sheet
- Selected Google Spreadsheet identification details
- Last synchronization date, cached records and technical error messages
Google Sheets Access
This permission is used only to read records from the Google Spreadsheet authorized and opened by the user.
The extension does not create, modify or delete Google Sheet data.
How Information Is Used
Information is used only for the following purposes:
- Validating the user's license
- Confirming the authorized Google account
- Loading firm records from Google Sheets
- Searching client or firm records
- Autofilling GST Portal and E-Way Bill Portal login fields
- Maintaining basic synchronization and error status
Local Data Storage
Some information, including license details, selected spreadsheet details, cached firm records and synchronization information, may be stored locally in the user's Chrome browser.
This local storage helps the extension load records faster and continue displaying previously synchronized information when appropriate.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or use user data for advertising.
Data is not shared with unrelated third parties. Limited information may be sent to the license validation service only for license and authorized account verification.
Data Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect extension data. However, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google account, Chrome profile, computer and Google Sheet.
Users should not share their license key, Google account credentials or spreadsheet access with unauthorized persons.
User Control and Data Removal
Users may:
- Disconnect their Google account from the extension
- Remove local activation data
- Uninstall the extension to remove locally stored extension data
- Revoke Google account access from their Google Account settings
Third-Party Services
The extension interacts with Google Sheets, the GST Portal and the E-Way Bill Portal. Use of these services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
