Bank Statement to Tally Terms of Use

Authorised use, accounting review and software licensing terms.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

By using the application, the user agrees to these terms.

Authorised records only

The user may process only bank statement and Tally data that the user owns or is authorised to handle.

Review before posting

The application assists with transaction mapping and voucher creation but does not determine the correct accounting treatment. The user must verify the active company, bank ledger, voucher type, party or expense ledger, amount and narration before and after posting.

No banking service

The software is not a banking, payment or fund-transfer service. It cannot confirm bank balances or execute financial transactions.

Licence restrictions

The software licence is issued for the approved user, organisation, device or installation. The user must not redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass licensing or provide unauthorised access.

Compatibility and availability

Operation depends on supported statement formats, local permissions, the Tally configuration and a compatible running Tally version. Features may change as those dependencies change.

Limitation

Samriddhi Associates is not responsible for incorrect vouchers, duplicated entries, data loss or accounting consequences caused by source-file errors, wrong mappings, Tally configuration, unsupported formats or failure to review entries.
