Samriddhi Associates supplies digital software licences and related installation or activation assistance. Customers should review the product description, system requirements, licence period and price before payment.
A customer may request cancellation before the licence is activated or the digital product/setup is delivered. Requests are reviewed against payment and delivery records.
Once a licence has been activated, installation/setup has been completed, or the digital product has been supplied, the payment is generally non-refundable because the digital service has been delivered. This does not restrict any remedy required by applicable law.
Duplicate payments, successful debits without a recorded order, non-delivery, or a verified inability to provide the purchased product may be reviewed for refund or correction. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method; the final credit time depends on the bank and payment provider.
